Favorite 'Burning Hot/Spicy' Soup Instant Noodle

Finally got around to add a post - been down with a COLD. Changing weather never agrees with me. I miss the warm sunny days already. It got cold here in the CHi the past few days. It is what they called Indian Summer, where it's Autumn like weather before it hits the Autumn months. But Autumn is officially just a couple of days away. This year it will be Friday, September 23, 2011.

I love Autumn, the leaves are changing colors, slight breeze in the air....oh, what am I saying. In the CHI, there is no such thing. Even though the temperature says 70 degrees, but it feels more like 50 degrees and more rainy days than there are sunny days. Heck, at least I don't live in Seattle, where 60% of the population are on Anti-Depressant. But Chicago comes close, we even made it as the 2nd or 3rd most depressing city to live in next to Pittsburgh& Detroit.

So, to chase away all the crappy weather that is to come, we usually try to eat more soupy foods. One of which is something we picked up often at the Korean Grocery Store. (see below)

Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup is not for everybody. But the Korean loves them, and so do we even though we are not Korean. It is an instant noodle that is HIGH on sodium so people with high blood pressure should be advise to not consume this delicacy too often.
